This conference offers an opportunity for vendors to demonstrate the latest technology-related offerings to educators, technology directors, and administrators from the 57school districts in our region.

The Vendor Hall, which sells out each year, will be open on November 10th from 9:00 AM– 3:00 PM.

 

Booth Information:

Single Booth – 8X8 – $350 – Includes wireless internet, two complimentary exhibitor badges, 8’ back drape, two 3’ side divider drapes, one line company booth identification name sign, one 120-volt electrical outlet, one table, two chairs.

Double Booth – 8X16 – $600 – Includes wireless internet, four complimentary exhibitor badges, 8’ back drape, two 3’ side divider drapes, one line company booth identification name sign, one 120-volt electrical outlet, two tables, and four chairs.

Vendor Registration and fee must be received by the registration deadline of October 1, 2011, for vendor name to be in the conference program.  Booth assignments will not be made until booth fee is paid in full.  If the booth has not been paid by the deadline, the booth will not be guaranteed. Late registrations will be accepted as long as booths are available.  If a vendor shares a booth with another vendor, the vendor submitting the registration is responsible for full payment. Deadline for requesting a booth is August 11th. No Refunds after October 7th.

Technology Conference Program Advertising

Are you unable to exhibit at the Region VI Technology Conference 2011?  There is still a way your company information can be available to conference participants even if you can’t. We have 2 options for you.

1.  Place an advertisement in our conference program. The color program is distributed to every participant and exhibitor in attendance.

2.  Place a banner on our website from April 1, 2011 thru December 31, 2011.

Mechanical Specifications
All print ads must be digital submissions. High-resolution PDF files are required.
All fonts and subsets of fonts must be embedded.
Color images must be 300 dpi or higher.
All image data must be in CMYK format.
Working files such as QuarkXpress, InDesign, PageMaker, etc. will not be accepted.

Page Specifications
Bleeds should be at least 1/8 inch

If you would like to mail your door prizes, they must be delivered to Region 6 by October 31, 2011, or you can bring them on vendor set up day.

If you are providing a product that will need to be mailed to the winner, please provide a certificate and your contact information to be handed to the participant.

We will notify you the status of your proposal as soon as the committee finalizes the program.
